Lynbrook Public Schools

The Lynbrook Owls varsity football team delivered a triumphant win on the Marion Street School field on Oct. 11 following a parade and festivities for the annual Homecoming. 

Sirens of the local police and fire departments signaled that the parade was making its way toward Marion Street, joined by the Lynbrook High School marching band, various sports teams and representatives from the freshman, junior, sophomore and senior classes. Before kickoff, seniors were joined by parents and loved ones as they were honored and cheered on. Lynbrook quickly took the lead against Island Trees and held it to a decisive 41-14 finish. During halftime, the marching band and kickline and cheer teams dazzled the audience with impressive performances.
