Champs crowned at Southside Wrestling Tournament

Congratulations to the Lynbrook wrestling team on taking third place at the Southside Wrestling Tournament on Dec. 20! Lynbrook crowned three Champions at the tournament: Bryce Lemonier (103 pounds), Gabe Taveras (157 pounds) and RJ Tinyes (285 pounds). RJ Tinyes also won the Most Outstanding Wrestler Award and the “Most Pins in the Least Amount of Time” Award. 

Additionally, Dani Zhanay took fifth in the Southside Girls Tournament, beating last year’s second place All County wrestler from Uniondale. #OwlProud
