College Application Form

A college application processing form must be brought into Guidance listing each college you apply to two (2) weeks prior to the college application deadline. The college application processing form has space for ten (10) colleges. Should you apply to more than ten schools, simply hand in another form.

College application processing forms are available in Guidance (PURPLE form) or by clicking here.

The majority of applications and supporting documents are sent electronically to the college by your guidance counselor. If any part of your application or any supporting document needs to be mailed, you must provide your counselor with the proper size envelope addressed to the college along with stamps. Do not put your home address as the return address. Your counselor will add the return address.
