The Lynbrook-Northwell Partnership

The Lynbrook School District has teamed up with The Northwell Health School Mental Health Partnership to create a collaboration that brings Northwell’s expertise directly into our schools.

When students need immediate help, Northwell offers access to a dedicated Behavioral Health Center (BHC) for evaluations, urgent treatment, and connections to further support within our community or at the hospital.

This partnership also provides our district with community events and professional development. Parents can look forward to the monthly community newsletter through ParentSquare, which includes information about upcoming events, workshops, lectures, and helpful family resources.

Do You Need Help?

If you think your family needs the support of mental health professionals, the best place to start is with your school team. Our team can help facilitate care.

Click here for their contact information.

However, if you need help and are not ready to talk to the school about it, you have direct access to Northwell’s Behavioral Health Center in Rockville Centre. All you need to tell them is that you are a member of the Lynbrook School District. You can show up as you would for an urgent care visit.
