Lynbrook’s youngest students gathered together to recognize thanks for their families, friends and teachers during a festive feast at the Kindergarten Center on Nov. 26. 
Dressed in the traditional garb of pilgrims and Indian Americans, kindergartners sat side-by-side to partake in a Thanksgiving feast complete with turkey, cornbread, sweet treats and apple juice. Before diving in, students joined together to share thanks over a toast. Parents who joined the occasion helped hand out food. The Kindergarten Center tradition returns each year as a culmination to their learning about the important holiday.
